So in just a few more weeks I will begin my journey into college for the first time.. and so far I have something to worry about…
MY SLEEP SCHEDULE.
I know for sure that it’s going to be thrown off by school and whatnot, but only three of my five classes this semester are actually on campus, with the other two being online through Blackboard.
So this is how I start off my week… My Monday mornings now begin at 8am and I have to travel like 20 miles across town to get to school, through the morning commute. So I’d have to leave at 6:30am or 7am just to get to school on time, considering the road the campus is on is prone to accidents. Also, everyone in my house is always getting ready for work at 5am, so that means preparing to leave that early could be a problem for me as well. My Mondays repeat on Wednesdays, btw.
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays I should be able to sleep as I have been, though. Tuesdays I go to class on the campus across town for a class at 11am, and Thursdays I’m just flat out off from school. I do have orientation for my online classes on Friday and Saturday within the first week though.
So I want to know, when should I begin practicing for this new schedule? Should I start doing it now, or can I wait a bit longer? First day of class is on January 8th.
